Career
Manish completed his LL.B. in the year 1994 from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and has been actively practicing for the past 24 years at the Supreme Court. In the course of overall period and practice, he had the occasion to interact and deal with various leading legal luminaries in the field of law and to name a few i.e. Dr. L.M. Singhvi, Dr. A.K. Sen, Sh. Ashok Desai, Sh. Soli Sorabjee, Sh. U.R. Lalit, Sh. Dushyant Dave, Sh. Arun Jaitley, Sh. R.F. Nariman, Sh. Mukul Rohatgi, Sh. Kapil Sibbal, Sh. P. Chidambram, etc. and assisted them in various cases. He is empanelled with various private concerns as well as to different Govt. bodies.
He has the experience of handling varied cases, viz: Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Arbitration, Company, Corporate, Service, Trademark and Patent, etc. at various levels starting from the lower Courts right up to the Hon’ble Supreme Court and has also the added experience of assisting the various leading Senior Advocates right from the lower Courts to the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
